Frank Scagliotta

Frank Scagliotta spent more than 30 years as a Division I college basketball official, worked three Final Fours, and earned the 1998 Naismith Award for the nation’s top official. While he retired from running the floor in 2012, for the past 10 years, Frank has been one of only four individuals in the country charged with evaluating officials for the NCAA Tournament.
