Heather Suffin Delaney

Heather Suffin Delaney was recently promoted to first assistant prosecutor in Bergen County, New Jersey. She is the first woman to ever hold this position. Heather has served as an assistant prosecutor for 24 years. Bergen County is the most populous county in New Jersey and home to nearly 1 million residents living in 70 municipalities. Heather assists in overseeing a staff of approximately 270 personnel at the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office consisting of assistant prosecutors, detectives and support staff.
