Dr. Alfred Nicolosi retired in July 2023 after 30 years in practice as a heart surgeon. Alfred and his wife, Brenda, moved to St. James, North Carolina, in December 2023, although they also maintain a secondary residence in Wisconsin, where many family and friends live.
