Lee Seras, Carol Heckman Seras ’71

Lee Seras was recently honored as the Cincinnati Reds 2023 Baseball Scout of the Year. Lee was Muhlenberg baseball team captain in 1968 and a four-year player in both football and baseball. Lee received the award in March during the Reds’ organizational meetings at the team’s training complex in Goodyear, Arizona. He has served as a Reds scout since 2006 in both the northeast and, since 2021, in the Carolinas. Lee and his wife, Carol Heckman Seras ’71, now reside in Greer, South Carolina.
