Lacey Pasco has been busy representing the Maryland Energy Administration and helping to award more than $19.5 million in grant funding to local governments and nonprofit organizations across the state of Maryland. She is now a representative of the Outdoor Learning Partnership, a working group of teachers, students, and educators whose goal is to advocate for students of all ages to have enjoyable and equitable access to the outdoors. Here, she is pictured at the Conowingo Dam, a hydroelectric dam built in 1929 that produces 572 megawatts of electricity — enough to power 165,000 homes!
