Cynthia Sparks Mendelson

Cynthia Sparks Mendelson was honored at The State Museum in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, by the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC) on April 20. Cindy was among approximately 25 honorees who were chosen as Volunteers of the Year 2023 by their respective historic sites across the Commonwealth, with Cindy’s award from The Conrad Weiser Homestead in Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania, where she is head docent and a friends board member. This was Cindy’s second award; she was also recognized by PHMC in 2014 for her work in 2013.
